Care, sizing, shipping and returns.

Sterling silver darkens slowly in contact with air and skin; this is natural and reversible. A soft polishing cloth brings back the shine in a moment, and a mirror-polished piece can be wiped with a drop of mild soap and warm water, then dried. Textured surfaces are best left to a cloth only.

Put your jewelry on last, after perfume and cream, and take it off before swimming, bathing or sleeping. Store each piece in its pouch, away from other metal.

Rings are made to your size, in French and European sizing (the inner circumference in millimetres: a 52 fits a finger of 52 mm around). If you have a ring that fits the same finger, measure its inner diameter and multiply by 3.14. If not, wrap a strip of paper snugly around the finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest, and choose the larger size if you are between two.

Every piece is cast after your order and usually ships within 2 to 3 weeks; commissions take longer and are agreed individually. All parcels are tracked and signed for, and you receive the tracking number by email.

France: free. Europe: 15 €. Rest of the world: 30 €; duties and taxes outside the European Union are paid by the recipient.

Every silver piece can be gold plated. The price depends on the size and weight of the piece, usually 40 to 90 € on top of the silver price; ask for a quote from the product page or the contact form.

Plating is a thin layer of gold over the silver. It wears gradually with friction, faster on rings than on earrings, and lasts longest kept away from perfume, water and rubbing.

If a piece from the collection is not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its packaging, for an exchange or a refund of the piece. Rings made to a size and bespoke commissions are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, but Nadja will always find a solution if something needs adjusting. Payment is processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted; no card details are stored by Nadja. Prices are in euros and include VAT.
