Terms of sale
Prices are in euros, all taxes included, delivery not included; the delivery charge is shown before payment. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is accepted. Every piece is made to order and dispatched within the lead time shown on the product page, usually 2 to 3 weeks; bespoke pieces follow the timeline agreed in their estimate.
Right of withdrawal. Under the French Consumer Code you may return a piece from the collection within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its packaging, for a refund of the piece. Rings made to a chosen size and bespoke commissions are made to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28). Guarantees. The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply (art. L217-3 and following, art. 1641 and following of the Civil Code). A ring can be resized once free of charge within a month of delivery.
Disputes. French law applies. In case of a dispute, you may use the consumer mediation service [name and address of the mediator the business has chosen] or the European online dispute resolution platform.
Privacy
Nadja Jewelry collects only what an order or a message needs: your name, email, delivery address and phone number. Order and payment details are processed by Stripe; messages sent through the forms are stored by Netlify and read by Nadja. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to nadjajewelry@gmail.com.
This site sets no tracking cookies. Your bag is kept in your own browser's storage and never leaves it until you check out.
